|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact us for special arrangements. We ship to all US states, and to most countries outside the US (Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses may incur an additional shipping charge).

|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|What are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All orders less than $500 include free 2-3 day shipping. Order $500 and above include free overnight shipping! We will ship your order as soon as it has been specially made to your specifications..|
|What is the return policy?|
this has not been an issue in the 20 years Jen has been making jewelry.
Custom jewelry can be exchanged but cannot be returned. Each piece is made individually for
each customer. It may be exchanged for a non-refundable merchandise
credit or the credit can be used toward another jewelry selection. Personalized jewelry is not returnable or exchangeable. J Briggs
